We will replace any component in this kit free of charge if it is found to be defective due to material or workmanship within 30 days of purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the performance of this treatment kit please return the unused portion of the kit within 30 (thirty) days to the address shown on the instruction sheet for a refund of the cost of the kit.

To obtain authorization please call (704) 321-0211 (15% processing fee will apply for any return). All components of the kit, including original packaging, must be included (except for the used bracelets).
